Trier was founded by emergency department professionals hoping to improve the information collection process for patients visiting the ED, making it safer and faster.

The founders attempted to build an app with a small budget, and an even smaller team. With a complex technical, political, and stakeholder landscape, they encountered challenges in progressing their idea further.

Trier knew it needed to scale, and to be ready for the strict regulatory and security requirements that hospitals demand. They had a brilliant idea, but didn't know how to execute a scalable version of their platform that would be clinically safe.

Leveraging Imminently's Methodology, Trier swiftly transformed their concept from a basic application into a fully-fledged platform tailored for the intricacies of hospital environments. TRIBE is a platform designed to connect businesses with micro-influencers on social media, offering a more cost-effective way to create engaging content and maximise reach through a network of influencers. 

TRIBE faced significant challenges in accelerating their revenue growth within Australia due to difficulties in attracting high-caliber tech and sales professionals. Despite their best efforts, the intensely competitive job market made it hard to find the right candidates. They had primarily focused on the active candidate market, which represented less than 20% of the potential candidates available.

Previous attempts to work with consultants in Australia were unproductive, yielding minimal results. Differing opinions within the executive team regarding roles and ideal candidates further complicated the recruitment process. In addition to this, TRIBE's branding wasn’t optimally positioned to attract top talent, as their online presence emphasised customer-centric content over career opportunities or employer branding.

Allowing users to verify their identity and then be in control of what information they give business and other organisations. 

When an organisation requests information from a user, they can review an ‘identity contract’ that outlines what information is being requested and make decisions to release some, none or all of the data to the provider.

BlueKee empowers individuals with self-sovereign identity sovereignty, ensuring individuals can control the release of their personal information to organisations.

Imminently was engaged by DataBench to deliver an initial prototype to facilitate a patent application. In 6 weeks, Imminently was able to understand their problem domain, conduct service design, design a comprehensive user experience, build the prototype, produce an investment pitch deck and an explainer video.

This has allowed DataBench to establish a more robust and comprehensive showcase of their product idea, move towards beta pilots, and conduct user testing to guide future development. Imminently's methodology and Fabric allowed DataBench to achieve their core requirement at greater pace, at a lower cost, and with enduring value by ensuring they didn’t need to throw away the prototype. This has now positioned DataBench to confidently conduct real-world customer pilots, bring forward their revenue projections and investment raising plans.
